    Good Morning Desiree I recently found your channel and was immediately intrigued by your slow and controlled pilates video as I was looking for a slower-paced workout. I took ballet classes as a child, and it always stuck with me even though my parents could no longer afford it. I have been doing your workouts for the past 3 or 4 days and let me tell you I am already noticing major differences in many ways. I said all of that to say I am officially in love with your style, and personality. Your vibe is SO BEAUTIFUL. I love your workouts because they make me feel as though I am back in ballet class. Please don't stop doing what you do on RUclips because you ARE making a difference one person at a time.

    We are all different, you are right, we won't look like you, when we do your workouts, but we will look better in our way. And we will feel better. It's about feeling good and not about being perfect. Movement is so much more than looking perfect. Reducig stress, fighting depressions, getting more health and confidence, for example. Not only weight loss. I wish, people would start thinking in a "whole" way, not only about weight loss or reducing cellulite or whatever. Movement is a gift to heal yourselve. You just have to learn, which movement is the right at the right time. I love pilates and yoga to calm down. Running, when I have a problem to solve. Hiit or cardio, when I am under pressure. Weight lifting, when there is a lot to do. Callanetics or new callanetics, when I want to feel the really deep muscles, similar with pilates or yoga. Some day I just want to relax. Your workouts always make me feel comfortable in a "whole" way. Thank you for thar.

    I very much enjoyed the class! It's a perfect time for even the busiest of people to squeeze in some movement. I look forward to doing this video many more times in the future! I think perhaps the pace might be a bit quick for beginners though. You might want to take a moment to show the viewer how to properly perform the movement first, so they know the correct mechanics and can focus on executing it as intended.

      Practice makes progress! 🥰💖💪🏼 When doing your “half roll back” exercises you really have to engage your core by scooping your belly and tucking that tailbone under. And of course keep your neck & shoulders relaxed - no tension, no gripping.

    this was hard class but it was so good. I just one question when we did those external out hip intense move, I was feeling a pinch sensation a real pull through my outer hip and out glutes/ piriformis area which limited me in doing this routine. wondering why this was .
